#BeGolden: Sparking a Cultural Evolution

BeGolden is a cultural movement that leverages positive psychology & positive reinforcement to drive an increase in the behavior we wish to see in the workplace at a peer-to-peer level. Initiatives and activities are inspired by variations of the Golden Rule:
1) Treat others the way you wish to be treated
2) Treat yourself the way you deserve to be treated.
BeGolden seeks to equip employees with tangible positive behavior “hacks” and provide the platform & opportunities to increase wellness, engagement & contentment in the workplace. This is achieved through six pillars: Positive Culture, Mental Health, Engagement, Trust, Growth Mindset, Breaking Silos.
In 2020 our Siemens community experienced increased stress & uncertainty. Wellness programs can result in 65% lower employee turnover, 10% higher customer satisfaction & 22% higher profitability.
Together we were able to spark a sustainable cultural movement to improve employee loyalty, employer branding & productivity leading to a positive impact on the bottom line.
