Set to open in summer 2021, IDL was brought to Dubai in partnership with Culturespaces -the organization behind the famous Atelier des Lumières in Paris. Not only did IDL forge a partnership with Dubai Culture and Ministry of Culture and Youth, but also secured the support of Dubai Tourism and, the cherry on top: a royal inauguration by the leader of art and culture in Dubai, HH Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
