It’s never been a more critical time for internal communications and taking care of our people first, in the wake of the pandemic, has been our number one priority. We made decisions based on our core values and leading with our culture, we put decency at the heart of everything we do.

With these principles in mind, Mastercard MEA developed ‘Priceless Together’ a comprehensive and integrated people strategy brought to life though a creative and human centered internal communications approach. In the Middle East and Africa (MEA) we have 16 offices, and we tailored our response to meet the different needs of our people, adapting to various stages of the pandemic.

This strong sense of culture and identity as a company resonated with our employees. 97% of employees said they were happy with our response to the pandemic and knew their health and wellbeing was our number one priority.
