Senior Account Executive at Hanover Communications


The Opportunity

The Senior Account Executive provides high-quality public relations services to Hanover’s existing clients, together with timely research and administrative support for new business activity.

The Senior Account Executive is also responsible for supporting press conferences and media events and, to a lesser extent, providing administrative support for client meetings. Senior Account Executives are required to establish demonstrably credible working relationships with clients, where appropriate.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Stay abreast of the media, with the goal of identifying opportunities for coverage
  • Draft high quality materials for client review
  • Maintain relevant records of target stakeholder and audience groups relevant to your clients and sectors
  • Contribute towards and actively participate in events including press conferences and stakeholder events, as agreed with project managers
  • Conduct value-add research and produce high quality draft intelligence reports for existing clients and sector specific new business meetings
  • Draft client meeting agendas and effective action notes arising from internal account meetings and sector specific new business meetings, together with efficient maintenance of new business databases
  • Contribute towards selected new business pitches as part of the wider team

  • Take the time to understand what other teams in the business do (including in other markets)

Financial Management

  • Adhere to company budget setting and management processes
  • Good understanding of the Hanover financial and marketing systems including Maconomy and Salesforce


  • Arabic speaking/writing Senior Account Executive
  • with agency/PR experience, client facing
  • knows how to draft content, client plans, and reviews.
  • 2 – 2.5 years of work experience
  • self-motivated, proactive, and takes initiative in client activities with a strong work ethics
