Mr. Alzahrani is a Computer Engineer by profession. He is an active member and a high-level officer in many international societies and organizations including the Society of Organizational Learning (SOL), the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), the Arab Society for Social Responsibility, IEEE Computer Society and Toastmasters International Organization.

At Saudi Aramco, Mr. Alzahrani worked as a Computer Engineer for 15 years, held several management posts in the Industrial area such as Maintenance and Engineering Superintendent. He also served as an Engineering Consultant, Assistant to VP and Assistant to Sr. VP, as a Performance Improvement Consultant, and as Director of Continuing Excellence Department.

In 2006, he joined Saudi Aramco Public Relations Department and worked as Director of Exhibits and Public Activities and later as Director of Publications and Media Relations. He also served as Manager of Public Relations and as Manager of Saudi Aramco Affairs Services Department, before taking an early retirement in 2010.

In 2015, Mr. Al Zahrani returned to work with HE Khalid Al Falih, current Saudi Minister of Investment, as an Advisor to the Minister and General Director of Media and PR as well as an Official Spokesman for the Saudi Ministry of Health.

Mr. Alzahrani served as a speaker, a moderator and an emcee for many local, national, and international forums as well as an after-dinner speaker at corporate and community functions. He is currently a freelance PR Consultant.
