Mara Carpencu is an independent marketing & communications consultant, passionate about using the power of communications to help purposeful brands tell their stories. She has over 17 years of experience in PR, marketing communications, events, and mass media, with a focus on the Middle East market. She has led award-winning communications campaigns for international and regional brands across various industries, including tech, corporate services, real estate, retail, and more. As a sustainability advocate, she is a member of the MEPRA Strategy Board and Sustainability Council, and an Emirates Nature-WWF Leader of Change and Advisory Board member. Mara holds a Master’s degree in Mass Media and Public Relations, a BA in Journalism, and a BBA in Marketing.
