As Managing Director of BLJ Worldwide in Qatar, Iman oversees the agency’s strategic direction, client partnerships, and day-to-day operations. She plays a key role in driving growth, mentoring high-performing teams, and ensuring the agency delivers best-in-class work across public relations, integrated campaigns, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and reputation strategy.

With a background rooted in strategic communications, Iman brings deep insight to her leadership. Prior to joining BLJ, she has held senior roles at organizations including the UK’s Department for International Trade, National Savings and Investments (part of HM Treasury), and M&G Investments, one of Europe’s leading asset management firms.
