Budoor Al Yousuf is an Emirati communications expert with over 18 years of experience spanning public relations, marketing, and government communications. She currently serves as a Director at Burson, where she brings together extensive government and client-side experience to shape strategic communications, develop thought leadership, and advise across multiple practices.

Budoor leads Burson’s Emirati Graduate Programme, which supports the UAE’s national vision by mentoring young Emirati talent and preparing them for careers in communications.

She also consults across major national clients including ADNOC, Sharjah Tourism, TECOM, NAFIS, and EGA, adding cultural depth and strategic insight to their initiatives.

Her career has spanned diverse sectors including manufacturing, media, philanthropy, youth development, and art and culture. Prior to Burson, she held key roles at twofour54, Emirates Foundation for Youth Development, and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, leading major campaigns, brand launches, and high-profile government communications programs.

Budoor is a member of the MEPRA Strategy Board and holds a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which shapes her forward-thinking approach to strategy and leadership.
She also served on the judging committee for the 2025 MEPRA Nafis Awards, which celebrate innovation, purpose-driven communications, and the region’s most impactful work across the public and private sectors.
