Ollie Lawson is a senior corporate communications and strategic advisory professional with more than 20 years’ international experience advising CEOs, executive teams, and boards through periods of transformation, crisis, and growth. He is currently Communications Director at Tadweer Group, where he sits on the Executive Committee, advises the CEO and Board, and has played a central role in reshaping the organisation’s reputation, leadership positioning, and international profile.

Ollie is widely recognised for his work as a trusted senior advisor in complex, high-pressure environments. His international advisory experience includes leading crisis communications and issues management for the International Olympic Committee, including during the Russian doping scandal and geopolitical tensions surrounding the South Korea Winter Olympics. He has also supported global organisations across energy, transport, government, and education, helping leaders navigate reputational risk, stakeholder scrutiny, and large-scale change.

Alongside his advisory work, Ollie has extensive experience in coaching senior leaders,building high-performing communications teams, and strengthening governance-level decision-making. He is known for combining strategic rigour with calm, practical counsel,and for championing the role of communications as a core leadership and business function rather than a delivery service.
