Natasha Hatherall is the Founder and CEO of The TishTash Group, a connected portfolio of companies and platforms dedicated to amplifying communication and collaborations across media to community groups and corporate sectors. At the heart of the group is TishTash Communications, one of the Middle East’s most respected independent PR and communications agencies with teams based in Dubai, along with on the ground in KSA and the UK.
With more than 25 years of global experience in media, marketing, and communications, and 14 years leading TishTash, Natasha has built a reputation as a bold, authentic, and forward-thinking entrepreneur redefining how brands connect with audiences in today’s attention economy. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: cut through the noise with human connection, authentic storytelling, and bold ideas that create meaningful change.

Beyond her role at TishTash, she has launched multiple initiatives that support female entrepreneurs, mothers, and professionals in the region, while also investing in community-driven platforms such as “That Dubai Girl ” and “Love Through Loss”. A sought-after speaker and commentator, Natasha frequently shares her insights on the future of PR, women in leadership, mental health, influencer marketing, and building authentic brands in a fast-changing world.
Originally from the UK, Natasha holds a degree in Psychology and a PhD in Consumer Behaviour, followed by a varied career at leading global agencies including McCann Erickson Worldwide, Euro RSCG, and Havas Global, along with global corporations L’Oreal and Diageo. Having called Dubai home for over 15 years, she balances her entrepreneurial life with a passion for travel, writing, and wellness, and continues to inspire others with her belief that when businesses lead with authenticity and purpose, real transformation happens.
