With over 20 years of experience in the development and delivery of communication campaigns, Justin has been resident in the Middle East for the last seven years.

As the General Manager of Portland’s Middle East Office, Justin worked with key public sector clients in Qatar and oversaw the Portland’s first business acquisition in the region. He joined BLJ Worldwide in 2020 and now manages the largest independent agency team in the country, with over 75 staff.

He has led the design, development and training of high-performance project-based teams in six countries across Australasia, Europe and the Middle East and has been responsible for building government communications teams in Central Asia, the Middle East, Australia and Europe.

As a strategic advisor, he has acted as the principal in-country communications advisor to heads of state, foreign ministers and communications directors. He is adept at in-house and agency management with multidisciplinary experience covering administration, digital advisory, public relations, public affairs, advertising (ATL and BTL) nation branding and data analytics.

He is the Chairman of the Qatar Australia New Zealand Business Association and an active member of the PR community in Qatar.
