Mathilde Montel is a strategic communications leader with over 18 years of experience across agency and in-house roles, shaping impactful PR strategies that elevate corporate visibility, thought leadership, and ESG positioning.

With a strong focus on real estate, corporate communications and destination PR, Mathilde has held key roles at Emaar Properties, Eagle Hills and Core Savills. She has led communications for major real estate developments and cultural launches including Dubai Creek Harbour, Arabian Ranches II, Dubai Opera, Nshama’s Town Square, Meraas’ Bluewaters, Belgrade Waterfront, and much more – as well as global architectural icons by starchitect Santiago Calatrava.

Mathilde kicked off her career in Dubai in 2007 as PR and Marketing Manager at CSM, a concert and festival promoter behind events like Dubai Desert Rock Festival and Desert Rhyth. Her work promoting A-list artists in the region led her to spend a year in North America as the company expanded to Los Angeles and Toronto.

She later co-created and led the Corporate PR department at Havas Red with Dana Tahir, where she served as Senior Director for five years. There, she managed a team of 15+ consultants and a diverse portfolio of clients including Damac Properties, Nakheel Malls, Audi Al Naboodah, Pfizer, L’Oréal, NBA, TikTok, Virgin Mobile, and ESL FACEIT Group, to name a few. She also contributed to the launch of key offerings such as Havas Peaks (C-suite profiling) and Havas Red Impact (ESG communications).

Mathilde is currently with Al-Futtaim Real Estate, where she oversees communications across the UAE, Qatar, and Egypt for Residential Communities, Developments, Al-Futtaim Contracting, and Malls.
