Menna Zaki

Global Communications and Brand Strategy Expert

Menna Zaki is a strategic and visionary communications and award-winning executive with over 18 years of experience driving regional and global communications across FMCG, insurance, and pharmaceutical sectors. 

Most recently, Menna led Global Brand Communications at PepsiCo, where she oversaw media relations, executive communications, sustainability and community impact and brand management for a portfolio of iconic brands including Pepsi, 7UP, Gatorade, Lay’s, Doritos, and Quaker. She collaborated closely with global markets to direct and execute high impact earned media strategies and storytelling platforms, elevating brand equity and visibility across 120+ countries. She also spearheaded major global sponsorships and partnerships such as the UEFA Champions League, FIFA, and EA Sports, while serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on external communications and media engagement.

Prior to this, Menna served as Corporate Affairs Director for the Middle East region at PepsiCo, where she led the company’s flagship presence at Expo 2020 Dubai. She led an integrated communications strategy that amplified PepsiCo’s innovation, sustainability, and consumer engagement through branded pavilions, AI-powered retail concepts, and memorable experiences.

Before joining PepsiCo in 2017, Menna was Regional Communications Manager at AXA Insurance, where she headed communications across 40 locations in the Middle East, focusing on stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and internal communications. Earlier, she held roles in Sales, Marketing, and Health Economics at Sanofi and Johnson & Johnson.

Menna holds an MBA in Marketing from Middlesex University Dubai and a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University.

Outside of work, Menna is a proud mother of two daughters and based in the UAE. An adventurer at heart, she is a certified skipper and diver who finds peace by the sea and joy in sports fishing.
