communications campaigns that have shaped high-stakes policy initiatives and driven engagement on a global scale.
Rachel’s passion is building and developing diverse teams, and she has a track record of managing multi-location teams over her 20-yearcareer. Spearheading innovation and advocating for digital transformation to enhance and streamline public engagement, Rachel drives the
adoption of entrepreneurial cultures. Her work in stakeholder management and high-level briefings has solidified her reputation as a trusted advisor and a skilled leader in high-pressure environments.
Throughout her career, Rachel has held pivotal advisory roles with prominent world leaders, including Prime Ministers of the UK, Australia, and Serbia, as well as the First Minister of Wales. Her expertise includes advising on crisis communications, PR, and government relations, and is
adept at navigating complex cultural landscapes. She has worked with leaders on landmark speeches to international institutions including the UN and European Parliament. Rachel moves to Place Advisory & Public Affairs after working for ADNOC and BCW in the UAE.
