Dina Jreissati is not a stereotypical marketer. With a career spanning two decades, her journey has been one of driving success for some of the
region’s largest businesses through team empowerment, fostering a culture of marketing innovation and collaborating with all stakeholders, resulting in extraordinary results on the balance sheet as well as in the awards cabinet.

Dina led the marketing and communication functions at three of the UAE’s most renowned diversified holding companies, helping to build polished reputations at the corporate level while strategically fueling stratospheric growth for their portfolio of brands spanning multiple diverse industries; real estate, hospitality, F & B, leisure and entertainment, retail and tourism. She has overseen branding strategy and championed engaging storytelling for many of Dubai’s most iconic and loved brands, from the action of Skydive Dubai to the now world-renowned destination that is Palm Jumeirah. Her marketing campaigns helped define brand leadership within the competitive landscape, raising the profile of each brand, spurring excitement, sales, engagement and earned loyalty. Dina has been fortunate to build vibrant teams of passionate marketers who have full-heartedly supported the quest to continuously innovate and connect with core consumers through campaigns that continue to resonate with people at every level.

Throughout her career, whether agency-side running her own branding consultancy, or client- side as SVP or CMO, Dina has always placed humans at the forefront. Her belief that ‘people are everything’ is the cornerstone of her work, driving her to create brand strategies that are not just innovative but also deeply resonant.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Dina is an ICF-certified executive and life coach, providing guidance and mentorship to stakeholders seeking growth. With an MBA in Strategic Management adorning her wall, her academic credentials are the foundation of an appetite for
knowledge that keeps her on the cutting edge of marketing trends, ensuring her approach remains relevant and impactful. Dina has earned the badge of FCIM as a recognised Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, where she contributes her insights on emerging trends and best practices in marketing and leadership.
