Dr. Zhaohui Tian is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Global Business Communication at AFG College with the University of Aberdeen and an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen. She specialises in communication, particularly in international and business contexts. Dr. Tian holds a PhD in Intercultural Communication and an MSc in Intercultural Communication for Business and the Professions from the University of Warwick. Her research and teaching focus on how language, culture, and identity shape communication in professional environments. She is the Systems Director (formerly Events Director) of SIETAR UK (Society for Intercultural Education, Training, and Research) and serves as Newsletter Editor, Social Media Manager, and Editorial Board Member for IAICS (International Association for Intercultural Communication Studies).
