Giacomo Ziani is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing & Communications at G42, a global leader in artificial intelligence headquartered in Abu Dhabi. A seasoned marketing and communications executive, Giacomo has a proven track record in strategic brand positioning, corporate communications, AI-powered marketing, reputation management, and crisis response.

He brings a unique blend of expertise across narrative development, stakeholder engagement, global event activation, and digital transformation. By integrating the disciplines of marketing, behavioral science, big data, advertising, and public advocacy, he crafts communications strategies that drive brand equity and business impact.

Giacomo has played a central role in elevating G42’s global presence—leading high-stakes engagements at agenda-setting platforms including the World Economic Forum, World Government Summit, AI Action Summit, UN General Assembly, and Expo 2020. Under his leadership, G42 has established a strong media footprint through strategic collaborations with top-tier outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Reuters, The New York Times, TIME, Semafor, and Politico. He has also led joint marketing and communications initiatives with global technology leaders including Microsoft, Qualcomm, Mubadala, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Cerebras, and AMD, among others, and commercial partnerships with Mercedes AMG PETRONAS F1 Team and UAE Team Emirates XRG, reinforcing G42’s role at the forefront of AI innovation.

Earlier in his career, Giacomo co-founded digital ventures like Wiido and Fastfood4u in Italy’s startup ecosystem, focusing on mobile-first platforms. These early experiences navigating entrepreneurial challenges and growth strategies sparked his enduring interest in public-sector innovation and tech-for-good solutions.

Giacomo holds a Master’s degree in International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
