Sophie started her career at Brunswick Arts in London before moving to Dubai and founding TOH Public Relations in 2009. Over the next decade, the agency was widely recognized as one of the most successful consumer agencies of its time.
TOH’s client experience included Airbnb, Deliveroo, Ferrari, Airbnb, Majid Al Futtaim, Nusr-Et, Patek Philippe, The Diriyah Gate Development Authority, VIACOM CBS, ZUMA and numerous luxury hotels and tourism destinations from Peninsula Hotels to the Shangri-La.

The agency was acquired by global communications firm PRCO Group in 2019, placing Sophie as Partner and Group Director. After four successful years, Sophie fully exited the agency in 2024.
In 2025, Sophie entered into a joint venture with international marketing and communications firm DDA Global to spearhead their expansion in the Middle East. As Managing Director, she focuses on the company’s DNA division with a remit on consumer and brand campaigns.

Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities, Sophie is a mentor to younger females, and a supporter of female-led charities and initiatives. Regular media commentary includes Dubai Eye 103.8, Forbes Middle East, Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, The National and Luxury Briefing.
