Liezl Guipetacio is responsible for the Middle East Public Relations Association’s administration and finance efforts. She works closely with the MEPRA board and management team to ensure good governance and provides ongoing support to MEPRA members.

Liezl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Finance at Ateneo University de Cagayan and MBA in Operations Management at European International University.
