Following EDGE Group’s consolidation of over 25 entities and 13,000 employees, the size of the Group, combined with the diverse cultures, values and communication maturity of each entity, presented a challenge in establishing a centralised internal communication function. APCO was appointed by EDGE to launch an internal communications campaign called ‘OneEDGE’ that would create a unified voice for the Group, instill the values that embody EDGE and develop a culture of transparency and high-performance.
Overall, EDGE’s stakeholders responded positively to the campaign’s initiatives, as indicated in internal surveys and their active involvement with different communication channels.
