DESCRIPTION:This workshop is grounded in a major empirical study that exami
 ned how strategic-communication leadership is actually practiced in Saudi 
 Arabia during a period of profound national change under Vision 2030 and t
 he National Transformation Programme. Rather than relying on imported West
 ern models\, the research was designed specifically to understand leadersh
 ip\, culture\, technology\, ethical ecosystems\, and power as they operate
  within the Saudi sociocultural and organisational context.
