Social Media Crisis Simulation Training
This workshop will involve a live crisis simulation, which will help ensure you have a crisis plan that’s adapted to the modern media environment, and your team has the confidence and practical skills to deliver under pressure.
How well can you work, against the clock? Do you know how to adapt your strategies and tactics for the web?
In this session you’ll experience an escalating communications scenario on a private online platform. You will work in teams to respond to briefing, prepare messaging, and monitor and respond to live social media injects.
Theory has its place, but practice builds confidence and experience.
This is a fast-paced, interactive session where no question or idea is too big or small.
Tim Lloyd, Director of Social Simulator and Helpful Digital
Tim is a former local news and business reporter and a former head of digital communications for the UK’s Department of Health and Department of Business. He and his colleagues work with communications teams all over the world to build confidence and skills around digital.
Social Simulator and Helpful Digital work directly with clients in oil and gas, fashion and beauty, aviation and government. They also partner with agencies to provide proprietary software such as the Social Simulator, to stress test client teams.
