Mohamed Yousef is a senior communications strategist, corporate reputation advisor, and public relations leader with more than two decades of experience shaping communications, reputation, and stakeholder engagement strategies across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa region.

As Managing Director of Jummar PR & Communications, Mohamed advises leading corporations, government entities, and investment groups on strategic communications, executive positioning, corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, and thought leadership. His work is centered on helping organizations build influence, strengthen trust, and create measurable business impact through communications.

Throughout his career, Mohamed has held senior leadership positions across both agency and in-house environments, including ACWA Power, Ketchum Raad, TRACCS, Memac Ogilvy, ASDA’A BCW, Qtel Bravo, and Saudi Post. This diverse experience has enabled him to lead integrated communications programs for some of the region’s most prominent organizations and transformative projects.

Mohamed has played a leading role in several landmark initiatives, including ACWA Power’s IPO communications program, major renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, national-scale internal communications initiatives, government-led conferences, executive visibility programs, and high-profile corporate reputation campaigns.

Widely recognized for his ability to transform complex business strategies into compelling narratives, Mohamed specializes in developing corporate stories that connect organizations with investors, customers, policymakers, employees, media, and wider stakeholder communities. His expertise includes corporate communications, reputation management, executive advisory, crisis communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, media training, and strategic content development.

He is particularly passionate about advancing the communications profession in the Middle East and fostering greater alignment between communications strategy and organizational value creation.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Ain Shams University and has completed executive and professional programs in sustainability, circular economy, design thinking, and leadership development.
