Kamakshi is a strategic communications and advisory expert with a background in journalism. She manages corporate communications at the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

At the DHA, she has been instrumental in developing and shaping communications. Her forte is issues and crisis communications, brand reputation management, media relations, digital communications and developing engaging content across various spectrums from print to digital channels.

Kamakshi’s journalistic background helps her develop and drive communication campaigns with a people-centric approach.

She was named in PR Week’s Middle East PowerBook 2021 as among the top communications leaders in the Middle East.

She regularly trains and mentors communication professionals.

Kamakshi is fluent in English, four Indian languages and can converse in Arabic.

She enjoys traveling, reading, outdoor activities and treks, CrossFit and Pilates.
