Monther Mahmoud Tayeb is a Saudi strategic communications executive and trusted adviser with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of leadership, reputation, and institutional transformation.

His career spans government, major Saudi corporations, and international organisations, providing a broad perspective on how institutions communicate, build trust, and manage change. He has held senior roles with the Ministry of Defence, Saudi Energy Company, Almarai, SAPTCO, and BAE Systems, alongside experience in international consulting environments.

Monther has advised senior government leaders and executives on strategic communications, reputation, and transformation, and contributed to communications strategies for major Public Investment Fund projects, government authorities, and national organisations. His work has focused on complex environments requiring alignment between institutional priorities, stakeholder expectations, and public reputation.

He combines strategic thinking with practical execution, translating organisational ambition into clear narratives and actionable strategies. He is experienced in strengthening leadership communication, building high-performing teams, and improving alignment across institutions and stakeholders.

Alongside his executive career, Monther actively contributes to the communications profession in the Middle East. He serves as Vice Chair of the Executive Board of the Middle East Public Relations Association MEPRA, supporting the development of professional standards, leadership, and the industry’s future. He is also a MEPRA Fellow and recipient of the Chairman’s Award.

His international development includes executive education at London Business School and GLOMACS, as well as participation in International Public Relations Association IPRA forums and conferences.
