Emirati homes have changed over the years although the intangible elements such as hospitality, culture, religion, and family remain untouched. Over the last 18 months, IKEA saw an influx of Emirati customers visiting IKEA for home furnishing solutions. We developed a strong PR campaign that helped in creating awareness and emotional connection with Emirati customers and thereby increasing store visitation and online traffic.
