Completing an undergraduate degree in Development Studies & Economics, followed by a master’s in Global Economic Governance & Policy, I never imagined that one day I will be working in sports communications and a part of some of the biggest events and properties in the region. Growing up in Jordan, it has been a lifelong dream to work in the sports industry. That dream, however, always seemed very distant and somewhat ‘unachievable’ – something reserved only to individuals with existing ties or relationships to the industry. I had no clue where to start from and how to break into the industry. As the years went on, I made it a self-challenge and became determined to achieve that dream.
