The pandemic brought with it challenges, but the team continue to through curiosity, focus on growth and the development of exceptional communications for our industry and our clients. From previous clients buying into the agency, employees gaining a stake through earn-in and buy-in options, the development of a Global Client Experience role, roll out of a second phase of our Impact Score, and our sheer determination to do better every single day, we have had a tremendous year. We wake up everyday to inspire, be inspired, to imagine something new and see it become a reality. And here we are, for the first time in MEPRA’s Large Agency category as the agency we carefully envisioned and built to deliver transformative integrated marketing, public relations and digital communications services, and we couldn’t be happier about it.
