In April 2024, Burson was selected by ADNOC Group Communications to revamp the ADNOC Communications Academy, aimed at providing tailored, dynamic training for over 200 communicators. The challenge was to modernize the traditional, academic approach of previous courses, making them more engaging and relevant to participants’ daily roles. Burson designed a curriculum with 12 modules, covering topics like AI and ESG Communications, blending theory with practice through hands-on exercises, case studies, and gamified quizzes. The program addressed knowledge gaps through a needs assessment and incorporated feedback from previous participants. With streamlined registration, internal marketing, and personalized feedback, the revamped Academy far surpassed its attendance goals. Participants praised the engaging content and delivery, with 98% rating the sessions as excellent. The revamped Academy successfully equipped ADNOC employees with practical tools for immediate use, transforming the training into a fun, collaborative, and impactful learning experience.
