The du Pay campaign delivered a strong set of communications and business results, including:<br /><br />- In the first three months, remittances transaction increased by 3x times. <br />- 60% of du Pay users have rated the app “very good” in terms of app experience<br />- 70% of app users have rated it as “very good” in terms of app simplicity and ease of usage. <br />- 70% of the customers have responded “very likely to use du Pay in the future”. <br />In both phase, there was 114 press clipping across all formats including print, online, broadcast and trade – reaching almost 40% of the UAE population and importantly almost 60% of the intended audiences.
