Infobip aimed to establish itself as a leader in CPaaS in KSA, despite the challenges of being a new entrant in the Saudi market and lack of awareness on Infobip. TEAM LEWIS was tasked to create buzz around Infobip’s launch of operations, raise awareness of Infobip, and position the company’s executives as thought leaders. Using tools like Brandwatch and Meltwater, we conducted a competitor analysis, audience research, and industry analysis to help us shape our strategy. We adapted our strategy to incorporate messages that resonate with current interests in KSA, like digital transformation, Saudi vision, and data security. We organised a media event, securing top-tier media coverage and engaging attendees with live demonstrations. The campaign significantly increased Infobip’s share of voice, securing over 70 media clippings and 27 million reach. Post-event feedback showed high satisfaction, marking the campaign as a game-changer in establishing Infobip’s strong presence in KSA.
