The One B Tower campaign successfully positioned a luxury real estate project as a philanthropic endeavor, merging high-end appeal with social impact.<br /><br />We conducted research that highlighted a disconnect between luxury real estate and genuine CSR efforts, informing our strategy that positioned One B Tower as a symbol of humanitarian luxury. A multi-phase communication plan, encompassing a high-profile reveal, targeted outreach, and a focus on launch success, ensured widespread visibility and effectively conveyed the project’s CSR significance.<br /><br />The campaign execution, marked by the distinctive naming convention ”One B Tower,” and a design language reflecting both luxury and purpose, further amplified the message. Strategic PR and social media efforts generated extensive media coverage, reaching 417,000 accounts and securing an impressive $467,000 AVE. The rapid sell-out of all units within three hours underscored the campaign’s success in resonating with both the market and the public.
