This year, we turned three. We’ve grown from a small to a medium agency – shaping our team, building client relationships, & increasing revenues. As we’ve grown, we’ve kept a laser focus on why we started – to do things differently. <br />We’ve kept our promise of a senior team and senior counsel for clients. It might eat into our margins, but it delivers in spades in terms of client retention, organic growth and referrals.<br />We care passionately about our culture. We treat everyone with respect and know that life exists beyond work. As we’ve grown, we’re working harder to protect it – formalising processes while ensuring we don’t sacrifice creativity or agility. <br />And we’re starting to flex our network. We see that together; we can be more than the sum of our parts. We’ve created unexpected client partnerships, we’re working in new ways with agency partners, and we see collaboration where others see competition.
