1. Use of Services
By using MEPRA services (membership, events, workshops, awards), you agree to these Terms.
2. Membership
- Must provide accurate information
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated
- Membership is non-transferable
3. Events & Workshops
- Registration confirmed upon payment
- We may modify or cancel events
- Misconduct may result in removal without refund
4. Awards
- Submissions must be original
- Judging decisions are final
- We may publish and promote entries
5. Payments & Refunds
- Membership: non-refundable
- Events: refundable only if cancelled within [14 days]
- No refunds for no-shows
6. Intellectual Property
All content belongs to MEPRA and cannot be reused without permission.
7. Media Use
Event attendees may be photographed/recorded for promotional purposes.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, cancellations, or technical issues.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UAE law.
