Bringing a taste of Nashville and Beirut to Riyadh

Lavoya faced the challenge of launching Dave’s Hot Chicken and Barbar in Riyadh during the summer when many people were out of town. TEAM LEWIS set objectives to create buzz around the launch event, maximise media and influencers’ attendance, and establish a strong market presence for Lavoya’s restaurants. Using Traackr and Audiense, we identified top influencers and media representatives to invite, in line with the restaurants’ identity. Our strategy was focused on identifying features that distinguish the two restaurants from their competitors, while highlighting Lavoya’s contribution to the local economy in KSA, enhancing the Saudi restaurant experience, and catering to diverse audiences. The grand opening featured creative activations and secured attendance from over 50 influencers and media representatives. The campaign achieved over 110 media clippings, 5.2 million reach, and high social engagement. Despite the slow season, the event was a success, establishing a strong foothold for both restaurants in KSA.
