To help connect City Centre Mirdif with the community, and instead of relying on more generic retail trends and drivers, focused on profits and ROI, we kept things simple and thought about how to show the community we care. <br /><br />Using our firsthand insights and knowledge of the community, paired with mall data, we really connected with the community through a purpose-driven grassroots campaign. This wasn’t about shopping sprees and gift vouchers, it was about making a mall feel like home not because of the way it looks but because of the way it shares your values, likes and dislikes. <br /><br />Each initiative was rooted in our four focal points that allowed us to connect with customers in a way that would resonate. Our approach was grounded in a deep understanding of the community’s needs, routines, and values, making this campaign both personal and relevant.
