APCO built a world-class broadcast Studio at COP28 for UAE Presidency, connecting to news outlets around the world, and ensuring placement of key COP28 attendees on leading networks. We presented a unique way of achieving curated global coverage to accelerate and amplify the message it was a solutions COP, and position UAE as a global convener of progressive and tolerant thought. Our role was to enhance international media coverage across priority markets. <br /><br />High level guests interviewed included: John Kerry, U.S. Special Presidential Climate Envoy; Iván Duque Márquez, former President, Columbia; Felipe Calderón, former President, Mexico; Gina McCarthy, former White House National Climate Advisor; Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Director-General, WTO. <br /><br />We secured and delivered 91 tier-one media interviews across 49 news channels spanning five continents: Africa, Asia, Europe, LATAM, North America, in outlets of enormous prestige and reach, including: CNN, BBC News, CNBC, CNBC Africa, CNBC India, CGTN, and Telemundo, among others.
