With the ‘I am Standard Chartered’ internal communications campaign, Standard Chartered Bank sought to raise awareness of the importance of inclusion and highlight the positive impact of an inclusive working environment. The multimedia campaign encompassed a range of static, video and written assets which profiled employees across the bank’s operations in Africa and the Middle East, highlighted their stories, and showcased who they are, as opposed to what they do in their respective roles at the bank.
