Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company with Four MENA

The International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) and the Naval Defence Exhibition (NADVEX) are the Middle East’s largest defence and security events. Organised and hosted biennially by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, the events generate billions of dirham in trade for companies in the UAE and MENA and bolster the nation’s image to worldwide security partners.

IDEX and NAVDEX 2021 were organised as the world emerged from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We successfully identified audience reticence in attending the exhibitions, due to the pandemic. We implemented a communications approach focused on reassurance of all, from both a wellbeing and a commercial viewpoint. Our campaign saw IDEX and NAVDEX achieve significant business results and demonstrating Abu Dhabi as a safe, global destination.
