With the theme “Investing In A Multipolar World,” the forum provided a comprehensive update on Mubadala’s strategic direction and celebrated organizational achievements.<br /><br />Key features included a dynamic venue, Emirates Palace, interactive booths showcasing corporate offerings, and the Mubadala Recognition Awards, which received a record 1,212 nominations. The forum’s innovative approach improved employee engagement, with 97.3% of respondents feeling more confident about Mubadala’s future and 91% reporting increased connectivity with colleagues and leaders. The event effectively addressed employees’ needs, providing clarity on Mubadala’s global strategies and reinforcing core values, thus laying the foundation for a more unified and high-performing organization.
