Bahrain is evolving into a significant digital hub in the Middle East, with its Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector attracting numerous companies due to its skilled workforce. However, this shift brings challenges, including the need for a future-ready talent pool. <br /><br />The government’s vision for Digital Transformation emphasizes the importance of the Telecom Sector in developing highly skilled local talent. In response, stc Bahrain introduced the Graduate Development Program (GDP) over a decade ago to invest in national talents. Building on the GDP’s success, stc Bahrain launched the Jeel ICT program, further contributing to the country’s digital transformation journey. <br /><br />The program equips Bahraini youth with essential ICT skills, preparing them for the future digital economy. Aligned with Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030, jeel ICT addresses the government’s call for a skilled and digitally-savvy workforce, contributing to the creation of a skilled local workforce
