Driven by a desire for new challenges, I transitioned from the humanitarian and film sector in Lebanon to PR in a new country. I joined Weber Shandwick as a Senior Associate and quickly gained my team’s and clients’ trust, achieving significant results, such as a 57% increase in KPIs for The Galleria and a 20% increase in award wins for Miral Destinations. By building strong media relationships and embracing feedback, I was promoted to Associate Manager in less than a year.
