Gambit Communications is a local independent agency built on one key insight – that you need to take risks to truly make an impact. In our first awards season we were runners up nine times, so this year we came for the win.

We doubled the size of our team hiring eight new full-timers, including two senior conquest hires, retained every single on of our clients and won big new retainer clients such as Amazon Devices, Amazon Payment Services, Porsche Middle East, Sharjah Sustainable City and more. We grew our revenues by 50%, improved our profit margin, and made international headlines in industry media. Most importantly, we made our office even more diverse and multicultural, with a truly progressive HR approach based on word: empathy.
