With over 13,000 employees, 25 entities across five core clusters, located at 10 different sites, APCO was challenged by EDGE to ensure all employees remained updated, aware and informed of the latest COVID-19 related protocols and guidelines from the EDGE Group and Abu Dhabi Government.
Aligning the messaging to employees in coordination with EDGE Group Human Capital, Operational Security (OPSEC) and its Leadership teams was also critical to deliver timely, and accurate information with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Overall, EDGE Group and its stakeholders proactively and successfully responded to the COVID-19 pandemic with an internal communications campaign that communicated through one department and dedicated COVID-19 channels to ensure all employees were informed.
