From thought leadership and high-impact sponsorships to fostering a sense of purpose through employee volunteering programs, the team’s strategic efforts have contributed to building a cohesive and engaged workforce. In 2024 alone, the Employee Volunteering Program saw over 170 volunteers contribute more than 1,700 hours to meaningful causes. The team’s role in positioning Mubadala at COP28 through an interactive pavilion and unified communications strategy also demonstrated their expertise in shaping the global narrative.
