Opening the highest vantage point at the Palm Jumeirah – The View at The Palm

In March 2021, world leading master developer Nakheel announced that construction of The Palm Tower, its 52-storey mixed-use residential development on Palm Jumeirah, was nearing completion. The launch of The View at The Palm, the public observation deck perched 240 metres above ground at the top of The Palm Tower, was imminent.
The launch came at a time when the UAE was still undergoing recovery from the pandemic, with many restrictions in place for events and on-ground activations. In addition, a couple of days before The View was due to launch, the country went into a mourning period following the sad passing of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, meaning the planned press conference needed to be rescheduled.
