Oscar Rouseau has led and successfully supported strategic communications, crisis communications and media relations for several key APCO accounts, including Dubai Holding Asset Management, a member of Dubai Holding. Following a 20-month secondment there, he now supports multiple government and semigovernment clients in UAE and KSA.

At Dubai Holding Asset Management—a period on which this submission is based—he successfully led media communications for one of Dubai’s most important strategic drivers of economic growth and diversification, delivering hundreds of press releases, op-eds, quotes, briefing documents, features, social media captions, internal announcements and strategic messaging.

The scale was immense: 10 business districts, startup incubator in5, the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation and later, 15 residential communities and 10 retail destinations. In total, Oscar and the team led communication for 6,500 companies, 95,000 professionals, 27,000 students, 2,500 retail outlets and more than 100,000 residents.
