Following a transformational merger in July 2020, TAQA was experiencing a period of growth and change.
One of the largest integrated utilities in the region, the company is now home to more than 7,000 employees that span eight different
countries.
To mark the 16th anniversary of the establishment of TAQA and one year following the landmark transaction that created the new company, TAQA’s leadership wanted to host a virtual event to celebrate and reflect on the remarkable year of progress it had and launch its new set of corporate values.
Engaging employees and recognizing their contribution to the company’s success is key, particularly during this period of change.
People are at the heart of TAQA’s business, so together with Hill+Knowlton Strategies, we built a virtual event that would engage and inspire them.
