GLITCH is an immersive indoor entertainment venue located inside Al Ghurair Centre. Action Global Communications crafted a multi-faceted two-month campaign to celebrate the destination’s one-year anniversary, addressing challenges around awareness and footfall. The campaign resulted in coverage in all pre-identified Tier One media, a sales revenue surge of 89%, and an 85% increase in visitor numbers.<br /><br />The on-ground activation, involving local celebrity Kris Fade, engaged customers in different locations, including the popular Bastakiya district, and attracted diverse crowds. Additionally, 40 unique smash-cake invites increased coverage across social, while the anniversary event attracted 70+ media and influencers. Our Dh1 anniversary offer led to GLITCH welcoming more than 2,000 customers between 10am-12pm over three days — a huge increase from the usual 20 visitors per day average during this period. KPIs related to revenue growth, footfall and visibility were all exceeded.
