Virgin Hyperloop
Edelman Middle East
In 1903 the Wright Brothers took off for 12 full seconds at a small airport near Kitty Hawk in the United States. Fast-forward nearly 120 years, and the world has witnessed yet another Kitty Hawk moment when Josh Giegel, co-founder and CEO of Virgin Hyperloop, embark on what is today known to be the world’s first successful hyperloop ride. An experiment whose significance cannot be understated. Aiming at reaching speeds of up to 1,000 km/h, Virgin Hyperloop’s first passenger ride was history in the making by demonstrating to the world that the innovative technology is more than just fiction and can be turned into reality in near future. A future that embraces safer, faster, and more sustainable means of mass transport for generations to come.
